DIET RECIPE - RAGI MALT


In a bowl, mix together: 

Ragi flour-1/4th cup 
Water- 2 cups
Cook together on a medium flame for 5 mins.

Take  this off the stove and add to the mix:

Buttermilk-1 glass
Salt-1/2 Tsp
Jeera powder-1/2 Tsp
Mix well and serve
