Your Kids Are Using Right Amount Of Toothpaste
If your child is under 2 years old, toothpaste on their toothbrush should be the size of a grain of rice. For children between the ages of 2 and 5 years old, use a pea-sized amount of paste. Your child is still not old enough to brush alone so you will need to help them brush. For children age 3 and younger, use a children's fluoride toothpaste about the size of a grain of rice. Again, you can use a non-fluoride version, if they tend to eat or not swallow it. For children 3 to 6 years old, the amount should be pea-sized, and they may be ready for adult toothpaste. You can protect your children Oral Health.
