Oral Hygiene

The simple way to be Oral Hygiene.


1. Brush your teeth twice a day. When you brush, don't rush.
2. Use the proper equipment.
3. Use a fluoride toothpaste and a soft-bristled toothbrush that fits your mouth comfortably.
4. Practice good technique. 
5. Keep your equipment clean. 
6. Know when to replace your toothbrush.
